How do I access my account?

By clicking on the Account drop-down at the top right of the page and selecting Home from the menu.

How do I change my password/update my information?

Click on the Account drop-down at the top right of the page and select Home. Next click on the settings link in the navigation area on the left side of the page. You will then be able to select to update your information.

How do I see the status of my orders/items?

Click on the Account drop-down at the top right of the page and select Home. Next click on the orders link in the navigation area on the left side of the page. You will then be able to see your orders sorted by their status. To see the status of your items click on the details link on the bottom of your order.

Why does the item quantity indicator remain red even when it shows the total has been reached?

The quantity indicates the number of items that have been poured/crafted. Once the quantity reaches the total for your order the indicator will remain red until the items are completed/shipped at which point it will turn green.

Why does it say my cart is full?

Carts are limited to a total of 25 items. Once you have reached the limit you must first complete your order before adding more items. If you need a higher limit for large volume orders please Contact Us.

I lost power/connection during the payment process what do I do now?

Click on the Account dropdown at the top right of the page and select Home. Next click on orders and once the menu appears select Awaiting Payment. Click on the button at the top of the order to restart the payment process.

How can I enable/disable email notifications about my order(s)?

Click on the Account dropdown at the top right of the page and select Home. Next click on orders. Each order will have an email button on the top right. Click the button to toggle between enabled/disabled states. If you disable notifications you will still receive an email once your item(s) have shipped which will include any track information.

Registering

The process of registering your account on this site with an external login provider is painless. You simply start by selecting which service you would like to use, Facebook, Google,...etc., and clicking on the appropriate button.

The first screen that appears is the login screen for whichever service you have chosen. You enter in your credentials and confirm access to the specified information from the service and are then directed back to our site to enter a user name and email address for your account. From this point on the registration is the same as if you had chosen a local account and entered a password.

Logging In

In order to login you then select the same service that you used to register with and if you are currently logged in to that service you will be automatically logged in to our site. If not you will be directed to the service providers login page where you enter your credentials and are then redirected back to our site.

Once you have completed the registration process you may create a local password and/or link any or all of the other service providers to your account. One thing to remember is that if you do not have a local password set and the service(s) that you have linked to your account are temporarily down you will be unable to login to your account until the external service is back online.
